Yes, We do this to secure your date/time. this deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from invoice that is payable no later than 7 days before your event.
We ask for a minimum of 45 minutes prior to event for set up and minimum of 30 minutes after event for pack down. This is included in your price however we must be allowed access to the venue prior to and after your event. if access is not available to us for the above periods of time then the set up and pack down time will be done during your booking time. If you have booked a 1 hour slot, we reserve the right to cancel the booking with no refund should access not be allowed for set up and pack down before and after your event.
We are there to entertain and although we will take good care of your children they must be accompanied by an adult at all our events, this is to ensure that regulations on child/staff ratio is adhered to.
We provide our Parties and disocs all over the country but are based in Dorset, however if your event is hosted outside of Weymouth, Portland, Dorchester or the immediate surrounding areas, we will need to give you a personalised quote as travel costs will need to be applied.

YES!, to ensure we follow HSE regulation and for piece of mind we have PLI ( public liability insurance) cover up to £1m. and although we like to keep our equipment up to date we also ensure that even from new our equipment is fully PAT tested to ensure safety.
